- All activities are seasonal and subject to regular Zoo maintenance and the cooperation of weather and animals.
- Giraffe and Lorikeet Feeds— included in our experience level and above are digitally linked to your membership and must be redeemed by a named adult or caregiver on the account at the location with the cashier at the time of the feeding.
- Guest passes are one-time use during regular Zoo hours (not valid for special events such as Boo at the Zoo) and do not rollover after the current membership expires. Guest passes are valid for any age and must be used by a named adult on the account. Guest passes are digitally linked to your membership and must be redeemed online through the “My Benefits” section of your membership or at the ticketing windows before being scanned in at the gate.
- Unlimited Carousel Rides— included in our experience level and above are digitally linked to your membership and must be redeemed by a named adult or caregiver on the account with the cashier at the carousel before you are allowed to ride.
- Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; early renewals begin the day after the current membership expires (no time is lost if you renew early).
- Children: Dependent children living in the same household ages 3 – 18 (2 – 18 for Kentucky Science Center Dual Memberships). Children 2 and under are free and do not count toward the number of children on any membership level for the Zoo. Children do not receive membership cards.
- Household: All memberships are designed for a single household (except in the case of grandparents). Memberships shared across multiple households may not be honored.
- At any time, your membership may be revoked due to misconduct at the Zoo or continued misuse of your membership or any benefits.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Benefits are subject to change without notice.
