Membership Gift Vouchers (online only)
Membership Gift Vouchers are purchased online and are preloaded with the amount necessary to purchase the corresponding membership. Holiday promotional prices are already included in the price so there is no need to enter a promo code to get the discount. Membership Gift Vouchers are sent directly to your email inbox making them a great option for last minute gifts. You can either forward the email including the PDF containing the barcode for the Membership Gift Voucher or print the Membership Gift Voucher PDF that contains the barcode.
A Membership Gift Voucher only becomes an active Louisville Zoo Membership when it is redeemed. Membership Gift Vouchers allow your recipient to decide when their membership starts. Redemption is available online, in person at the front ticketing windows or over the phone by calling (502) 459-2287.
Please note: when creating your profile, please be sure to setup the account using your contact info and email. We will collect all of the info for your gift recipient when they redeem their Membership Gift Voucher.
Gift Cards (in person only)
Gift Cards can be purchased in person during regular Zoo hours with cash or credit/debit card ONLY. Gift Card purchases made with a card require a matching ID to be processed. No other forms of payment including checks, mobile pay and tap-to-pay options are accepted for Gift Card purchases. Gift cards may be used for anything at the Louisville Zoo except face painting and photo services.
