What is the difference between “Full Program” and “Mix & Mingle” tickets? Full program tickets are valid 6pm – 11pm, while the Mix & Mingle ticket buyers gain access to the event beginning at 8:30pm. Please note that Mix & Mingle Tickets do not include access to the cocktail reception in the Islands Exhibit, animal encounters, or dinner, live auction, and program. If you would like to experience the full event, please consider upgrading your ticket.

Are there refunds? All sales are final and nonrefundable. Zoofari! is an outdoor event that will take place in rain or shine. Guests are encouraged to please plan accordingly. Guests may transfer their ticket to another person and should contact the Friends of the Louisville Zoo at FriendsoftheLouisvilleZoo@gmail.com
Zoofari is hosted by the Friends of the Louisville Zoo board. The Friends of the Louisville Zoo (FOZ) was established in 1969 and is a 100% volunteer managed 501(c)(3) charitable organization (EIN #61-0721682), raising funds to support the enhancement and expansion of The Louisville Zoo.
