Your party ticket includes ALL RIDES, ATTRACTIONS and PARKING.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time listed.

PURCHASE TICKETS

• Boo at the Zoo is rain or shine, no refunds or exchanges. To help manage attendance, all tickets must be purchased in advance on our website. Use Microsoft Edge browser to avoid errors when completing your purchase.
• When placing a member order online, if you receive a message that simply says “Error,” please manually enter in your information (instead of the autofill feature) AND leave the phone field blank. 
• While you may catch a glimpse of some of our animals, most of the Zoo’s animal ambassadors will not be viewable in the evenings so they can rest and maintain their regular schedules.

Please be sure to follow the steps below to receive the member price:

1. Choose –  Boo at the Zoo Tickets
2. Pick the date and time you would like to attend that is available
3. Choose the number of tickets you need
4. Click add to cart
5. In the section “Payment Form” enter your First Name, Last Name, Email on file
6. Check “I’m a Member!”
7. Enter your member number (above the barcode on your card or temporary pass): 1234567
8. Click apply, your tickets will be discounted if the membership is validated
   1. • If the price does not reflect the discount, please do not finish the purchase.  Call the membership office at (502) 459-2287 or email zoomembership@louisvilleky.gov.
9. Enter your remaining payment information
10. Check the “I accept the Terms and Conditions” box
11. Click pay to finalize your transaction
12. After payment is complete a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file or you can screenshot the ticket page that will display

To our valued Kentucky Science Center dual members, please note that you must have a Louisville Zoo Membership card and/or your Louisville Zoo membership number (not the same as your KSC member number) in order to login and receive your member discount. Please call the Membership Office at (502) 459-2287 or email zoomembership@louisvilleky.gov if you have any questions or would like to get your member numbers over the phone.
