Suddenly we are having trouble with some of our gravity forms not appearing on web pages.  We have the short code inserted on the page from the form (that has a unique number), but it won’t appear.  Just a blank space.  I went and re-created a gravity form from scratch and it worked fine.  However, I have a ton of complicated forms that I don’t have the time to recreate all of them and have one that is needed for a program launch.

Here is an example of the problem we are experiencing on multiple pages and forms.  All the legacy fields should have been deleted.

I’m hoping/praying that it is a simple plug in or one line of code issue.
