Private Experiences for Your Troop

Looking to plan a special day at the Zoo for your Girl Scout troop? Our education team can help you create a private experience tailored to your group’s interests and goals. Private program dates are scheduled on an individual basis and subject to availability. Pricing varies by program type (see options below).

3 Program Options

Build-Your-Own Program

Work directly with a Zoo educator to design a fully customized experience for your troop. Program length, activities, and pricing will be determined based on your group’s goals and availability.

Animal Care and Training at the Zoo

90-minute program
$22 per participant
Includes parking, all-day general admission, educator-led instruction, a game or craft activity, and access to a climate-controlled classroom space.

Let’s Be BFFs

120-minute program
$32 per participant
Includes parking, all-day general admission, educator-led instruction, BFF patch, crafts, learning activities, and access to a climate-controlled classroom space. For more information on possible program activities, please visit the Louisville Zoo’s BFF Girl Scout Patch program.
