Tickets to the Louisville Zoo’s Santa’s Safari presented by IHOP are now on sale at www.louisvillezoo.org. This popular annual holiday event will take place December 6-7 and 13-14 with sessions at 10 a.m., Noon and 2 p.m.

The Zoo’s Gheens Room in the Islands Pavilion will be transformed into a festive holiday wonderland and will include a visit by Santa, his elves, Frosty the Snowman, and special guests, a sun-loving snowman and two icy cool princesses. A complimentary photo with Santa will be provided to each family.

Mrs. Claus will also make an appearance delivering some tasty holiday refreshments for every guest. Each child will be invited to participate in activities including creating a take-home holiday craft and sing-a-longs. Plus, families can chill out with the animals letting their Santa’s Safari Passport guide them along a discovery trail through the Zoo’s heated buildings for some special animal insights and encounters.  Safari Stations will provide guests with the opportunity to have one-on-one interactions with Zoo educators with biofacts and select Zoo outreach animals.

“IHOP Restaurants are proud to present this year’s Santa’s Safari. As always, the event is sure to delight children and adults of all ages,” says IHOP Franchisee Dan Campbell.

Special tickets are required for all guests. This is often a sell-out event, so be sure to get your tickets early. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Tickets, which include all-day Zoo admission, are:
