To guarantee an ECV is available for your visit, reservations must be made online at least one day in advance.

Discount FAQs
Can I use my AZA Reciprocal Zoo discount from another accredited Zoo?
Reciprocal tickets may only be purchased on the day of and at the Louisville Zoo ticket windows. Online reciprocal ticket sale discounts are not available.
How do I redeem my military discount?
Active duty military personnel receive free general admission (not valid for ticket packages with rides/attractions). Tickets must be purchased at the Zoo windows with a valid ID.
