March 1 – June 7, 2025 from 9 – 11 a.m.

Wake up with some of your favorite animals in this program that brings a special look into how our animals start the day. We will eat as close as possible to our featured animals’ exhibit area and all programs will feature an exclusive keeper talk along with a chance to create enrichment for one of the zoo’s animal ambassadors.

Come explore with us! Join zoo educators as we move through the zoo and say good morning to our favorite animal ambassadors. This program series will give you and your little one a chance to explore the zoo at your own pace with a zoo guide and meet other young zoo fans. Each session will focus on a different exhibit zone in the zoo and feature animal information as well as a stop at one of the zoo’s early childhood play spaces.

Great for families that need an exclusive, self-paced program with fewer stimuli and additional places for quiet time! Join Zoo staff and volunteers on a guided sensory-friendly walk to see how your favorite animal ambassadors end their day. Participants will enjoy slower winter afternoons as Zoo staff and docents point out quiet spaces on grounds, provide information on exhibit areas with high sensory input, and share the latest news about our animal ambassadors.

Conservation & Conservations

Connect with the Zoo as we critically explore a variety of environmental and conservation topics. Participants are invited to participate in a series of 60-minute discussions with Zoo educators and guest experts.
