Join the flamboyance during this low-impact, muscle strengthening workout as flamingos showcase the art of poise and balance.

Join us for fitness in the wild! We’re partnering with Flex Appeal to continue special Wild Workouts at your Zoo this year. We will be offering unique outdoor classes after the Zoo closes, so you can stretch in some of your favorite exhibit spaces.

For beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, these Pilates classes are designed to help you increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve overall health and recovery. Closed-toed shoes are strongly encouraged. Guests are also encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle that can be used at the bottle refill stations around the Zoo.

Classes are $25 each, plus a processing fee, and are available online only. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. Tickets must be purchased online prior to the workout in order to attend.
