Glow wild! Back by popular demand, Wild Lights sponsored by T-Mobile is returning to illuminate the Louisville Zoo!

See the Zoo in a whole new light as you enjoy one of the largest lantern festivals in the nation featuring thousands of handcrafted silk-covered lanterns aglow with more than 50,000 LED light bulbs.

This year, experience more than 70 NEW lantern displays artfully placed throughout the 1.4-mile paved walkway throughout the Zoo’s 130- acre park. We invite you to travel back in time with us to walk alongside prehistoric dinosaurs but, beware — there’s a hungry T-Rex ready and waiting to thrill and delight you!

Dive in and experience dazzling ocean scenes including a magnificent swimming whale, playful sea turtles, and scurrying crabs. Dramatic archways illuminate the way on a magical journey past colorful peacocks, slithering serpents, and even a lion family glowing with pride. Kids (or kids at heart) can become part of the magic while leaping from star to star creating their own cosmic tunes, or stepping inside a larger-than-life kaleidoscope for some whirling, twirling fun. The wonder of Wild Lights sponsored by T-Mobile is sure to create glowing smiles and bright memories for guests of all ages.
