Feeling the heat? No worries! Humana is here to keep you cool at the Humana Hydration Station in the Glacier Run Classroom. Stop by for free water and cooling towels to ensure your day is as refreshing as it is exciting

Bear Training & Humana Stretch Break (11:15 a.m.)

Wel at Humana™, a state-of-the-art fitness center located in downtown Louisville, will provide a complimentary 10-minute stretch break following the 11:15 a.m. Bear training demo at Glacier Run.

This coach-led movement session is intended for all fitness levels and will not include any strenuous activity.  The goal? To rejuvenate the body and mind with short breathing techniques and stretches.
