Fishpops and Bloodsicles – Enrichment Making Class (July 16, 2022)

Fishpops and bloodsicles are just the beginning of what we offer our animals to help them mimic natural behaviors in a built environment. Join Zoo educators and animal staff for a quick lesson on animal care at the Zoo and an opportunity to participate in one of the most varied aspects of animal care: enrichment. Here at the Zoo, our keepers work every day to make sure that our animals are happy and healthy in our care. A large part of that work is designing enrichment for each of our animal ambassadors that will help keep their minds and bodies active and engaged. This program is designed for participants aged 15 and up and will have a maximum of 20 participants.
