“Sea People: The Puzzle of Polynesia” by Christina Thompson, Exploration
Thursday, Jan. 21: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. EST
Could you cross the Pacific Ocean in a canoe? Join us for a discussion of “Sea People” with author Christina Thompson to find out why and how early Polynesians were so willing to set off into the unknown. The author will be with us for a fun Q&A session. Our book discussion is designed for adults only — but the discussion guide included in the program cost will offer media suggestions and discussion questions suitable for children.
