Conservation and Conversations: Earth Month
April 27, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

FREE VIRTUAL EVENT
Connect with the Zoo as we critically explore a variety of environmental and conservation issues. Each month, participants will receive a discussion guide (including book, film, and podcast recommendations!) and access to a 60-minute live virtual discussion with Zoo educators. Join in on the discussion as we engage community members of all ages about conservation topics that are affecting the way we live in Louisville and how people live around the globe. Some sessions will feature guest speakers. View previous discussion guides here.
APRIL 27: EARTH MONTH
Cost: free for all Zoo fans. Just register below to attend! For more than 50 years we have been celebrating April 22 as Earth Day. Here at the Louisville Zoo, we celebrate the Earth all month long during April’s Party for the Planet. Join the discussion this month for a short history of Earth Day and some advice from local organizations WestRock, Louisville Water Company, and The Kentucky Natural Lands Trust on what you can do to keep the party going all year long.
There is no obligation to attend or to speak during the discussion and your email will only be used to send you information about the event.
