Our macaw exhibit in the Americas portion of the Zoo got a facelift! Stop by in late 2022 to see a whole new exhibit space for macaws Newman and Roxanne across from the jaguar exhibit. Macaw Sapphira will remain in the indoor Islands Bird Trail.
The Zoo is currently beginning construction on a project supporting the growth and development of its Animal Ambassador Program. You may see digging and construction equipment behind the MetaZoo Discovery Center.
