Digital Member Card

Thank you for your interest in the Louisville Zoo’s digital membership card app!

The former Louisville Zoo app is no longer available for download as we have transitioned to a new webstore.  We are exploring alternatives to offer in the future, but in the meantime we recommend the following:

Stop by our front admission windows, membership booth or the membership office to receive a new physical membership card. Our new cards feature a red panda and have a long barcode (with no numbers) on the back.  If you have one, you are all set!

For those with a smart phone, a clear photo can be taken of the back of your card, including your barcode, to present at the gate for entry. As long as it can be scanned, this will function as our app has in the past.

If purchasing a membership online, your confirmation notice will include an option to store your membership card information in your Google or Apple wallet. Currently, this step can only be taken at the time of purchase.
