Special Admission Programs
NEW - $5 general Zoo admission after 5 p.m. for Summer Twilight Hours, Thursday-Saturday in June & July. Must enter after 5 p.m. Zoo gates close at 7 p.m. and guests can stay until 8 p.m. Not valid with other discounts.
Groups (15 or more)
Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact our Group Sales Department at (502) 238-5348 at least 72 hours prior to your visit or visit our Online E-Ticket Store. For more information click here.
Zoo Membership / Frequent Fun Pass
Your best year-round value is a Zoo Membership (season pass) starting at $59 for Individual, $79 for Individual Plus, $89 for Family and $115 for Family Plus.
Consider the NEW Safari Gold Membership - everyone covered on the card receives a bracelet each visit valid for unlimited use of the 4-D Theater, Zoo tTain, carousel and ZooTram shuttle.

Parking Fee
There is a $5 per vehicle fee for visitors parking in the Zoo lot. The fee is assessed at the ticket windows. Tip: Purchase admission tickets online and add a pre-paid parking ticket for maximum convenience.
Members: If you are planning to purchase a guest ticket for someone who is NOT covered on your membership card, you may want to ride together so your guest can take advantage of your parking benefit. If the guest drives separately, they will be assessed a parking fee at the admission windows with the ticket purchase. See our Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
Credit Cards
The Louisville Zoo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at all Admission Windows, Gift Shops, Membership Office, rides and major attractions and in the African Outpost restaurant.
Zoo Gift Cards
Make it easy to share the Zoo with your friends and family this season with a Louisville Zoo Gift Card. These handy gift cards can be used for admission, rides/attractions, gift shop purchases, meals at the African Outpost Restaurant or even memberships. They can be purchased at the Admission windows for any amount from $5 to $150.
Guest Information
Stroller and Wheelchair Rental

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the Zoo. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be found at the South deck of the Islands Cafe, at the African Outpost back deck and behind the Papa John's Splash Park area. Look for Banner shown on right to identify these areas. We appreciate your cooperation.
Lost Children
See the receptionist in the Administrative Office or contact any Zoo staff member.
First Aid Office
Located on the front plaza on the right side of the Restroom Building. Or contact any Zoo staff member for assistance.
Family Restrooms
Designed with families in mind, these special restrooms are located in Gorilla Forest, the Papa John's Splash Park and also in the main restroom building on the front plaza.
Lactation Station
Nursing mothers can find privacy in the first aid office on the front plaza.
