The Louisville Zoo is teaming up with Kroger and Dare to Care Food Bank offering a special discounted Zoo admission November 1, 2014 through February 28, 2015 for guests who participate in a canned food drive. For more details, click here.
Includes general admission plus UNLIMITED Carousel and Train rides the day of your visit. (Available at the Zoo through October 31 weather permitting; may be unavailable due to regular ride maintenance during the season. Not available online. Excludes "The World's Largest Halloween Party!" presented by Meijer)

Consider the popular Safari Gold Membership - it includes admission plus everyone covered on the card receives a bracelet each visit valid for unlimited use of the Zoo Train, Carousel and ZooTram shuttle during their operating seasons.

There is a $5 per vehicle fee for visitors parking in the Zoo lot. The fee is assessed at the ticket windows. Tip: Purchase admission tickets online and add a pre-paid parking ticket for maximum convenience.
Members: If you are planning to purchase a guest ticket for someone who is NOT covered on your membership card, you may want to ride together so your guest can take advantage of your parking benefit. If the guest drives separately, they will be assessed a parking fee at the admission windows with the ticket purchase. See our Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
The Louisville Zoo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at all Admission Windows, Gift Shops, Membership Office, rides and major attractions and in the African Outpost restaurant.
Stroller and Wheelchair Rental

During winter season (Nov. thru mid-March), please visit the Front Admission Windows for assistance.
*We have a limited number of motorized wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
** Motorized wheelchairs can be reserved on an first-come, first-serve basis for $33. Credit card payment in full is required for reservation. Guest must leave photo I.D. when picking up motorized wheelchair at Train/Tram Station. Guests must be 18 years of age to rent/operate an electric scooter. 24-hour notice required for cancellation and full refund. To reserve, call 502-238-5314.
Smoking - Designated Areas Only
Smoking is prohibited throughout the Zoo. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be found at the South deck of the Islands Cafe, at the African Outpost back deck and behind the Papa John's Splash Park area. See designated areas on your Zoo guide map. We appreciate your cooperation.
See the receptionist in the Administrative Office or contact any Zoo staff member. Lost Child Bracelet: Pick up a Lost Child Bracelet that can be placed around a child's arm during their Zoo visit and includes a space for parents or guardians to write their name and cell phone number. If a child should become separated from his/her guardian, this will enable Zoo staff to quickly notify you to reunite you with your child quickly. Bracelets are free and can be picked up at any ticket window or ride location.
First Aid Office
Located on the front plaza on the right side of the Restroom Building. Or contact any Zoo staff member for assistance. If you have an emergency situation, please seek immediate assistance from a Zoo staff member. Do not call 9-1-1. Our staff are trained to quickly communicate exact location and entry to emergency personnel to expedite assistance.
Designed with families in mind, these special restrooms are located in Gorilla Forest, the Papa John's Splash Park and also in the main restroom building on the front plaza.
If they choose, nursing mothers can find privacy in the lactation station located next to the first aid office on the front plaza.
